Y: that is not an issue.. even if i can come in late or going back early, the tasks still will be there..it will accumulate and i know it definately will create problem later..it also not fair to others..
B: we will continue our shutdown into Q2..so ur working days only will be 4 days..what if we give u notebook? so you can continue your work from home?
Y: hmmmm..
B: we really need u here..or at least just stay until we can start hiring back..even when that time come and you want to continue working here..there will be no issue..just as u know, right now we cannot offer u permanent position..
Y: that is not an issue for me...
